Will our details be used for advertising and marketing?
Yes, as explained in our T&C’s, Cookie and Privacy Policies we keep your account details solely to help us create a positive experience for you on our Platform. Please read them again if unsure.
Will our information be passed to third parties?
No, we will not share any of your details with any Third-Party Agencies without your express consent.
What if we want to unsubscribe?
If you wish to unsubscribe for any reason, then please see our T&C’s for the necessary information.
Why can we only list our description in English?
As we are a company trading from the UK under UK law, we need to make our default language English. Given time and some further development we aim to provide you with a description box to use a secondary language of your choice, enabling you to express yourself in your native/preferred language to potential guests.
Where are you based?
UK & Spain, however the company is registered and incorporated within England and Wales.
Can we amend our listing?
Yes, log in to your account and go to ‘My Properties tab’ where you can edit all of your details including availability.
Can we amend, remove or add additional accommodation types?
Yes, log into your account and go to ‘My Properties tab’ and then ‘List a Property, use the Edit or Delete tab.
Can we add additional properties?
Yes, you can add another property.
We can’t remember our password?
No problem, please see the prompts to create a new one.
I cannot upload photographs and content?
Please ensure you are logged in and have a good Wi-Fi/hard line access. If the problem persists then please contact us for support.
