Property Registration & Supplier FAQs
Is there a subscription or contract?
Yes, we have three subscription rates at this time, Single Property, Multi Property and Social Monthly, please see our pricing plans tab.
How do we subscribe?
Click the Register as Supplier tab, enter all relevant details, upload content and media. We will review your information and media, once we have approved your uploaded information. Once vetted we will the list it on our site, log in to update your information or availability as often as you wish and be ready to receive your guests.
Can we advertise on other booking platforms?
Yes, of course you can! Unfortunately at this moment though we are unable to sync your booking calendar with ours. We are in the process of finding the best option/provider for you the Supplier to be able to do this. We are looking at various Channel/booking management systems, meaning that our Availabilty calendar can easly be synced with your establishment and the other platforms you employ.
What payment do you take?
Our site is linked in partnership with the STRIPE payment platform. We only use this payment paltform, please read STRIPE's own T & C's for more information.
Do you store our payment card/bank details?
Only STRIPE has access to your bank details, we do not see them as we use the STRIPE platform which means you register your details with them, please read STRIPE’s own T&C’s.
What are the subscription rates?
50€ p.a. for each single property, 200€ p.a. for 5 listings. Or 250€ p.a. for our Social Monthly subscription.
Do you take a percentage of the booking fee?
Nope, never have have & never will.
How long are the subscriptions?
Annually. See our rates page for more detail.
When do we get paid?
You as a Supplier are paid a deposit or in full directly by the customer when they are redirected to your site.
Do you keep our details?
Yes, we keep some basic information as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
