How do we subscribe?
Click the Register as Supplier tab, enter all relevant details, upload content and media. We will review your information and media, once we have approved your uploaded information. Once vetted we will the list it on our site, log in to update your information or availability as often as you wish and be ready to receive your guests.
Can we advertise on other booking platforms?
Yes, of course you can! Unfortunately at this moment though we are unable to sync your booking calendar with ours. We are in the process of finding the best option/provider for you the Supplier to be able to do this. We are looking at various Channel/booking management systems, meaning that our Availabilty calendar can easly be synced with your establishment and the other platforms you employ.
Do you store our payment card/bank details?
Only STRIPE has access to your bank details, we do not see them as we use the STRIPE platform which means you register your details with them, please read STRIPE’s own T&C’s.
Is it really FREE to list with Ride and Rest?
Yes, we charge you nothing & we don't even take a percentage of your booking.
Do you take a percentage of the booking fee?
Nope, never have have & never will.
When do we get paid?
You as a Supplier are paid a deposit or in full directly by the customer when they are redirected to your site.
Do you keep our details?
Will our details be used for advertising and marketing?
Yes, as explained in our T&C’s, Cookie and Privacy Policies we keep your account details solely to help us create a positive experience for you on our Platform. Please read them again if unsure.
Will our information be passed to third parties?
No, we will not share any of your details with any Third-Party Agencies without your express consent.
What if we want to unsubscribe?
If you wish to unsubscribe for any reason, then please see our T&C’s for the necessary information.
