Ultimately, we aspire to visit each supplier personally to corroborate their descriptions and claims. At this stage though this is not feasible, so we use digital research tools and we rely on you our riders for fair and accurate reviews during your stay. If we receive complaints against a Provider, then we will ask them to review their description and amend it.
