#RyanRidesAcrossEurope @recycle_urself
My name is Ryan Andertonfrom Keighley, West Yorkshireand in February 2018 I was stood on a trainline awaiting to commit suicide.
It was at this point that I realised I needed to change and get my life back in order again.
So, I started to cycle, I'd already cycled Lands’ End to John O'Groats and had a great passion for cycling, it made me feel better, so I decided to cycle Around Britain.
I cycled from Blackpool, around Wales, around Devon & Cornwall, up through England and around Scotland. I was feeling strong; I was feeling healthy & my mind was in a much better place.
So, this year I'm continuing and I'm cycling 4211 miles from Nordkapp, Norwayto Tarifa,Spainto raise funds and awareness of Mental Health and Suicide Prevention,on behalf of the Lee Fancourt Mental Health Fund, Lee passed away from suicide in 2018.
You can support me & The Lee Fancourt Fund which will help future cyclists raise funds & awareness of Mental Health.
