We offer both Bed and Breakfast and Full House Self Catering accommodation

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a fabulous stay. Your holiday home has a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, oven with gas hob, microwave and toaster, and all the cutlery, crockery and pans you will need.We can also provide a high chair and travel cots for the little ones and we provide a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your useNext door, the living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring our beautiful wine producing region. The lounge provides a perfect retreat from the heat of the sun, and has a wood fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay in the winter months. You can relax on the large, comfy sofas while you watch your favourite programmes, whilst enjoying a glass of wine from our local bodegas, and you’ll find a vast collection of books, travel guides and board games, CD's and DVD's  to make your stay more enjoyable.The house has 7 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 17.

You can dine 'al fresco' under the setting sun in the garden or when the cooler nights draw in and you need to move indoors, you can enjoy your meal by candle light in the intimate dining room and finish with coffee and liqueur in the lounge, relaxing by the warm open fire

All rooms are Non Smoking but we do allow smoking in outdoor areas

Check in time is flexible and we can accommodate late and early arrivals

Check out time is 11am

Bed and Breakfast Option

We can accommodate up to 17 persons in 4 Double and 3 Triple rooms, and there is no minimum stay requirements

Breakfast is served continental style and we also offer Full English Breakfast or Room Service on request (Extra charges apply)

Evening meals, BBQ’s and lunches can be provided from as little as €15 per person

Please note; Bed and Breakfast is not accepted during the months of July and August, Easter or Xmas New Year

Self Catering Accommodation

We can accommodate up to 17 persons in 4 Double and 3 Triple rooms, with a minimum stay of 2 nights and a maximum stay of 21 nights

We also have access to another property in the village and can offer an additional 10 places there in 5 Double bedrooms

Evening meals, BBQ’s and lunches can be provided from as little as €15 per person

Facilities include private garden with 10 x 4 saltwater swimming pool and waterfall jacuzzi, sun terraces and loungers, shaded areas, patios, barbeques, function room, free secure parking and much more.

There is also a small bar available for guests and a games room with pool table and dart board

Linen and towels (not pool or beach towels) are provided and there are shaver points in most bathrooms

Ubeda is a small village, about 4km from the town of Pinoso, where you will find many bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets

Pinoso is well connected with good roads, and there are shopping centres, theme parks, spa baths and many places to visit, all within an hours drive

The beaches of Alicante, Torrevieja and Benidorm are all within easy reach
