Self-service continental breakfast served in the designated breakfast room from 7.00 am until 9.30 am

Typical breakfast consists of:- filter coffee (decaffeinated available) & tea (decaffeinated & flavoured available)- orange juice, yogurt & fruit - toast & butter - marmalade, honey & jam - assorted croissants - assorted cereals (cow's milk & vegan milk available)

We have large mature gardens with seating areas perfect for the lazy evening with a glass of beer or two

We are a bed & breakfast with a conscience!  

We restored and renovated the old headmasters dwelling which was originally built in 1876

There is underfloor heating throughout which is run by air source heat pump, biomass boiler and thermal store

We have solar pv panels which provide electricity, solar thermal which helps with the heating and hot water

Bio-digestive sewerage tank which takes care of the waste

Rain water harvesting tanks which provide the water for the flushing of the toilets and for the gardening

Permeable paving (car park) prevents flash flooding

Our area is well known in the biking fraternity for its amazing twisty winding roads and amazing scenery

Local to us are amazing rides out to Brecon, Llandovery,  and the black mountain - where top gear film regularly

Or head off to the stunning Gower coast or Cardigan Bay
