Welcome to Casa da Lavand'eira, a house with soul in harmony with Nature!

Located in the heart of the Douro, in the demarcated region of Vinho Verde, more than a secular farm, Casa da Lavand'eira, a property with more than 14 hectares, is an integrated project, which includes tourist accommodation, the holding of unique events, the wine production of Lavand'eira Wine and a unique contact with Nature.

We intend to (re)tell the history of the property, promoting the reunion with the genuine, with the land and traditions of this magnificent region, preserving the biodiversity, the stories and the memories visible in any part of the farm.

Although all documents point to the 19th century, it is said that the Casa da Lavand'eira was owned by the Iberian nobility and began to be built during the 18th century.

The hotel has a traditional kitchen, where on the coldest days an old salamander provides the ideal environment for a family breakfast and also has living and dining rooms and a games room with a pool table and table football.

On warmer days, the pleasant balcony and the outside room with arches overlooking a romantic garden, the swimming pool and the gardens that surround the house complete the ideal place for your stay.

A chapel of high artistic value is also an integral part of the house.
