Welcome to Villa Prespa

Prespa is a small hidden treasure in the Balkans. A cross-border national park between Macedonia, Greece and Albania that possesses an extraordinary biodiversity and ancient human settlements, all surrounded in a beautiful landscape between mountains.

Villa Prespa is rural b&b located in the village of Dolno Dupeni, the southernmost point of Macedonia. We currently offer 1 x family apartment with two bedrooms (4 beds), as well as 2 x double rooms, each with ensuite facilities.

Our rooms are spacious, minimally decorated and furnished with locally sourced materials and handmade decor. Apart from the beds, rooms also have extra sitting area, a small coffee-machine and a minibar. In order our guests to spend quality time while in the area, we also organize a number of different tours and activities (guided and self-guided), with a focus on the personal well-being. What's Nearby

Few local restaurants and grocery shops in the village. There is also sandy beach in close proximity to the Villa.

Famous medieval monasteries and churches, as well as archaic villages with traditional architecture are also to be found in the area. Interesting private museum holding impressive folk heritage collection, as well as local agritourismo properties can also be visited in the area.

Scenic boat trip to the Golem Grad island (also known as the Snake Island) can also be arranged for visitors interested in the local bird and reptilian fauna of Prespa.
