The Glenforsa has always been a destination hotel and restaurant.

The hotel’s current owners, Brendan and Allison Walsh, have spent over a decade restoring the hotel and grounds to their former glory.

Mull is a wonderful place to be if you care about food, and we really care about food at Glenforsa. 

Our freshly caught seafood is delivered by the fishermen, as soon as they reach shore. Our venison comes from neighbouring estates, we serve Isle of Mull cheeses, and we grow our own vegetables in our kitchen garden.

The Isles of Mull, Ulva, and Iona are famous for their wildlife and stunning landscapes.

Stags, sea eagles, seals, otters, puffins, dolphins and even the occasional whale can often be seen from shore or from one of the wildlife or boat tours.

For walkers there are sandy beaches, lochs, woodlands and even a munro to bag, always framed by views of mountains and the sea.

Tobermory is Mull’s well known capital, its multicoloured shops and restaurants a charming place to go shopping.
