Welcome to L'Hotel de Hercé Boutique Bed and Breakfast in the town of Mayenne, Pays de Loire. Located centrally in the 18thc historic town centre, at the gateway to the Loire, Brittany & Normandy.

A special stay on your touring holiday, or for a vacation with professional Private Guided Tours and Tabletop French Historic Wargame in our unique Wargames salon.

Your hosts Australians Matthew and Vanessa Williamson will give you a warm welcome and very relaxed stay in their amazing home.

New COVID19 Policy

From August 2020 to March 2021 we only accept single Reservations of one to two guests rooms.

Rooms will be aired and rested for a minimum of 24 hours between Reservations. Ensuring best practice Health and Safety for our Guests and your hosts.

L'Hotel de Hercé c.1720 one of the historic homes on Place de Cheverus, with tree-lined central garden. A beautiful quiet location in the historic heart of Mayenne. Guests enjoy secure off-street or convenient street parking, 450m walk to the town centre, cafes, restaurants, cinema & services, Chateau & museum, Notre Dame Basicila, the wonderful Mayenne River, boutique shopping. A great place to stop and enjoy your holiday.

Choose from one of two, 18thc guest rooms, decorated in the classic French style. Enjoy relaxing in the famous Grand Salon, or enjoy summer picnic or drinks in the private walled heritage garden.
