Wadebridge Eco Friendly Bed & Breakfast Bed and Breakfast

Wadebridge sits on the Camel Estuary between Port Isaac, home of the Doc Martin TV series, and the pretty harbour town of Padstow. It’s an excellent base for walkers and cyclists and positions you perfectly for seaside and outside fun on the North Cornwall coast. Within a few miles there are 10 golden sandy beaches, perfect for water born activities or seaside exploration.

You have three newly decorated and comfortable rooms to choose from at Wadebridge Bed and Breakfast. All of the rooms are en suite and well equipped with all you need for a relaxed getaway. For maximum comfort there’s luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, fluffy robes and beautiful views. Guests can enjoy free wi-fi and are provided with tea and coffee making facilities, Cornish spring bottled water, a flat screen Smart TV with free Netflix, iron, hairdryer, and eco-friendly complimentary toiletries.

Breakfast is freshly prepared each morning, cooked to order and served in the spacious glass top dining room, or you may be served in the garden in the warmer months. Local produce is the name of the game with all vegetables, meat, fruit and bread being sourced from reputable Cornish suppliers. You will be able to experience a real taste of Cornwall!

Breakfast buffet, The Full Cornish or other alternatives can be catered for on request. 

You are welcome to park on the drive which has room for two cars. Should these be taken, there is additional, unrestricted parking on the road. There is also garage parking for treasured vehicles and secure storage for bikes, surfboards and other sports equipment. 

Wadebridge is perfectly placed on the Camel Estuary between Port Isaac and the pretty harbour town of Padstow. It’s an excellent base for walkers and cyclists, lying at the heart of the Camel Trail, 17 miles of flat level off road walking and cycling. The seaside and golden sandy beaches are nearby, allowing for plenty of outdoor fun and water born activities. There’s also several quality golf courses or if you would rather see a bit of history, you could visit grand country houses such as Lanhydrock or Pencarrow.

There’s a real community feel and plenty of events throughout the year including the River Camel Festival, Wadebridge Carnival and Wadebridge “Bike Lights” where hundreds of illuminated cyclists parade through the town. You could also visit the annual 3 day Royal Cornwall Show, a gathering of agriculture specialists, farmers, locals and visitors alike.
