Welcome to Casa Rural El Brocal

Se trata de una casa confortable, con planta baja de piedra. Se rescató un pozo de piedra del siglo XIX que está situado en el porche de la casa. Por eso la casa se llama El Brocal se ha logrado una buena iluminación y una decoración muy acogedora, con algunos muebles restaurados. Las vistas de la Sierra de la Demanda y en general a campo abierto son estupendas.

It is a comfortable house, with ground floor of stone. A 19th century stone pit that is located on the porch of the house was rescued. That is why the house is called El Brocal has achieved good lighting and a very cozy decoration, with some furniture restored. The views of the Sierra de la Demanda and in general open country are great.

Our town Fresno de Rodilla, is very quiet, we are only 30 neighbors and the access road ends in the same town so there is no traffic. However, we are very well connected, Burgos capital is reached in 15 minutes by national road and several neighboring towns along interesting roads and tracks to cycle, Atapuerca and the Camino de Santiago are only 5 km away, bicycles are rented.

Nuestro pueblito Fresno de Rodilla, es muy tranquilo, sólo somos 30 vecinos y la carretera de acceso termina en el mismo pueblo así que tampoco hay circulación. Sin embargo estamos muy bien comunicados, se llega a Burgos capital en 15 minutos por carretera nacional y a varios pueblitos vecinos por caminos y pistas interesantes para recorrer en bici, Atapuerca y el Camino de Santiago están sólo a 5 km, se alquilan bicicletas.

We can provide lunch and dinner service but we are not a restaurant, we only cook for the customers of the house so the same menu is served to all diners.

If you want to eat or dine in Atapuerca or Burgos we will advise you on what may be the best places or areas

In the living room of the house you have a microwave in case you want to bring food from outside, in that case also utensils, please. You can also use the portable barbecue
