Bay Cottage Bed and Breakfast Bed and Breakfast

Our location is ideal for touring Northern Ireland or cycling Sustrans route 94.  Our rooms have wonderful views of Lough Neagh, the largest freshwater lake in the U.K.   Belfast is 30 minutes away and the Giants Causeway is 60 minutes, and the rest of Northern Ireland is very accessible.  We are under 2 hours from Dublin so perfect for those enjoying a tour around the whole island. 

There are 2 rooms in the house, one en suite (king size bed) and one (double bed and a single bed) with a private bathroom and we have a one bedroom apartment which is separate from the main house.  My breakfasts are prepared using local produce wherever possible and can be adapted to cater for those with dietary requirements with advance notice.  I am happy to provide evening meals but would need to know 24 hours beforehand.  There is a local pub within easy walking distance which does basic pub food and many other restaurants and pubs which are 10 minutes drive in either Antrim or Crumlin.

Bikes and motorbikes can be safely housed in a lockable shed.  

Guests may check in between 4pm and 10pm, a later time is possible but only by prior arrangement and not after midnight.

Check out is by 10.30am. 

Luggage can be dropped of early or left for later collection by only by prior arrangement and it may not always be possible. 

Our prices include full breakfast.  

We do offer evening meals, which like our breakfast our prepared using local produce.  These do have to be arranged in advance though I do offer a small, limited supper menu which can be ordered at short notice. 

Our rooms have hospitality trays.

Bikes and motorbikes can be stored in our shed and there is plenty of outside parking.

There is a pub 200yds down the road which offers basic pub grub.

We are 10 minutes from the attractive market town of Antrim and 10 minutes from the large village of Crumlin. 

We are close to major transport hubs and there is a train and bus station in Antrim and an express bus service to Belfast accessible from the International Airport which is 10 minutes away.
